When your subscription expires, even though you no longer have access to your account and admin dashboard, all your created QR Codes will be archived.

Please contact our support team to renew your subscription and reactivate your QR Codes.

If you do not wish to renew your subscription, but would like to keep your QR Codes active, please contact our support team.
